Cancellation Policy

At Heidi's Piano Studio, we are committed to providing an excellent experience for our clients, including trial lessons. To ensure fairness and efficient scheduling, we have established the following policy for rescheduling trial lessons: 1. **Free Trial Lesson Rescheduling:** We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you need to reschedule your free trial lesson, you may do so once within 24 hours of the originally scheduled lesson time, subject to availability. 2. **Advanced Notice for Rescheduling:** To be eligible for a trial lesson reschedule, you must inform us at least 24 hours before the originally scheduled lesson time. Failure to provide this notice may result in the forfeiture of your rescheduling privilege. 3. **No-Show Policy:** If you fail to attend a scheduled trial lesson without prior notice, we will not offer an additional trial lesson.
